Payment Policy

Effective: 5 October 2026

1. Payment methods

Provencia Ventures may accept online payments through PayU and other payment methods made available on the relevant payment page or quotation.

2. Currency and taxes

The applicable service price and currency are shown in the quotation, order or payment page. Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, will be handled according to the applicable tax treatment.

3. Payment confirmation

After a successful online payment, the transaction is recorded against the relevant order/reference. Customers should retain the payment confirmation and transaction reference for support.

4. Failed or pending transactions

If your bank account is debited but the payment page shows failure, pending or no confirmation, do not immediately make repeated payments. Contact us with the transaction reference so we can reconcile the payment. Eligible failed/duplicate transactions are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment security

Payment credentials such as card number, CVV and UPI authentication information should be entered only on the authorised payment interface. Provencia Ventures does not request customers to send card credentials by email or WhatsApp.

6. Payment disputes

For payment-related questions, contact contact@provenciaventures.com with your name, order/reference number, payment date, amount and transaction reference.
