These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Provencia Ventures website and the purchase of services from Provencia Ventures.
1. Services
Provencia Ventures provides commercial risk intelligence and advisory reports, including supplier verification, buyer verification, deal protection / Letter of Credit review and India market-entry diagnostics. The exact scope, deliverables, price and delivery timeline are confirmed in the quotation or engagement confirmation.
2. Orders and payment
A service order becomes accepted when Provencia Ventures confirms the scope and the required payment is successfully received or otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are stated in the applicable quotation and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment may be processed through PayU or another payment method expressly offered by Provencia Ventures.
3. Customer information
You must provide accurate information and have the right to provide any documents submitted to us. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information may affect the delivery timeline.
4. Service delivery
Digital reports and advisory deliverables are normally delivered electronically to the email address supplied by the customer. The delivery period begins when the required documents, information and payment are received, unless the quotation states otherwise.
5. No guarantee of commercial outcome
Our reports identify and explain risk based on information available and the scope agreed. They do not guarantee that a customer will receive payment, win a dispute, avoid a loss, obtain regulatory approval, complete a transaction or achieve any particular commercial result.
6. Legal and financial disclaimer
Provencia Ventures does not provide legal opinions, statutory audit, tax advice or regulated investment advice through these services. Where formal legal, tax or regulated financial advice is required, the customer should engage an appropriately qualified professional.
7. Confidentiality
Confidential information supplied for an engagement will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy and any separate NDA or engagement agreement.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, methodologies, report formats and proprietary materials remain the property of Provencia Ventures or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers receive the right to use purchased reports for their own internal business decision-making and may not resell or republish them without written permission.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Provencia Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on general intelligence or advisory content. Any service-specific limitation or liability terms in a signed engagement agreement will prevail where applicable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any written dispute-resolution clause in an engagement agreement, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
