Service Delivery Policy

Effective: 5 October 2026

Digital services: Provencia Ventures does not normally ship physical goods. Purchased services and reports are delivered electronically.

1. Delivery method

Reports, verification results, advisory deliverables and other purchased outputs are delivered by email to the email address supplied by the customer. Where agreed, we may also use a secure document link or another electronic delivery method.

2. Typical delivery timelines

Supplier Verification: normally within 24 hours after required information and payment are received.
Buyer Verification: normally within 24 hours.
Deal Protection Report: normally within 48 hours after the required document, information and payment are received.
India Market Entry Diagnostic: normally within 3 business days.

3. When delivery time starts

The stated delivery clock starts after the required information/documents and successful payment are received and the scope is confirmed. If information is incomplete or additional clarification is required, delivery may be extended until the required information is available.

4. Delivery failure

If you do not receive a report within the agreed timeframe, contact contact@provenciaventures.com. We will investigate and resend the deliverable or provide an updated delivery estimate.

5. Physical shipping

No physical product shipping is included unless a separate written engagement specifically states otherwise. If physical delivery is ever included, the applicable quotation will state the shipping method, charges and estimated delivery period.
